But don’t worry — if your selected piece is unavailable, we’ll personally reach out via email or WhatsApp to share available options from our current inventory or newly born lab diamonds, ready to be shaped and cut just for you.
Ring Sizing Policy:
If your ring does not fit correctly due to an error on our part, we will cover all costs for resizing and shipping.
However, if you decide you would like to change your ring size after receiving your piece, there will be a $100 resizing fee.
Refunds & Warranty:
Please note that each piece is custom-made specifically for you, so we do not typically accept returns. However, if you still wish to proceed with a return, we offer a conditional return with a 37% restocking fee.
This restocking fee reflects the significant costs we incur in producing, handling, and reselling bespoke pieces - and in most cases, it means we are taking a financial loss.
